Could you please brief about your company and its inception story?

Techugo was founded with a vision to revolutionize the digital landscape by developing innovative and impactful mobile applications. Our journey began in 2015 when a group of passionate tech enthusiasts came together with a common goal: to create a few world-class mobile solutions that could transform industries and enhance people’s lives.

Could you share a defining moment or experience from your early career that shaped your leadership style and decision-making approach?

The worst phase of your life teaches the best lessons. My life has been a myriad of exceptional experiences at a very young age, and I realized that a good night’s sleep is way more important than a few extra bucks. How do you prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively as a CEO, and how do you foster a positive company culture and motivate your team?

As a CEO, effective time management is crucial. I prioritize tasks by setting clear goals, delegating responsibilities to capable team members, and using time management tools. To foster a positive company culture and motivate the team, I try to encourage open communication, recognize and reward achievements, and ensure that our company values innovation and excellence. I believe in creating a work environment where everyone feels valued and inspired to contribute their best.

Can you provide an example of a challenging situation you faced as a Chief Executive Officer and how you resolved it, and how do you stay updated with industry trends and advancements?

Certainly. One challenging situation I faced as CEO was a sudden shift in client requirements during a critical project. To resolve it, I initiated open communication with the client, ensured our team was flexible, and provided additional resources when needed. We worked closely with the client to adapt to the changes while maintaining project timelines.
