An Adept Business Leader: The Story of Carlos Dew

Carlos Dew | Founder and CEO Superbad Inc

Carlos Dew is the Founder and CEO of Superbad Inc., a salubrious cannabis lifestyle and brand of the culture. Superbad Inc. is headquartered in Beverly Hills, CA and offers a collection of proprietary cannabis cultivars, products, and accessories.

Dew founded a company dedicated to the manufacture, research, cultivation, processing, and distribution of the highest quality medical cannabis. Carlos notes that medical marijuana rebalances you in the correct way. It puts you back in harmony with your nervous system and is a natural anti-inflammatory. He attended Long Beach State, and he held the position as President of Impact Sports.

As a business mogul and cannabis industry trailblazer, Carlos has non-stop industry dedication, from the consumer to the cultivator to lack of equitable brand representation. Carlos is constantly innovating, driven by artistry and technology; he is committed to building the ‘superbad’ brand here in the States and internationally. As a cannabis mogul, he is credited with the creation of multiple companies, including a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, ROOTED IN COMMUNITY, and DEW FARMS LLC, a family-owned Urban Ag Farm, sbi Media Group, a media component and sbi Angel Syndicate, a V C firm which specifically was founded to assist cannabis startups with seed money, all while actively participating in the cannabis trade market in multiple states.

It is especially important for Carlos to empower others who are interested in entrepreneurial ownership in the cannabis industry; that is why he also founded a cannabis educational program, “Cannabizness 101,” for returning citizens and at-risk youths in underserved communities. It was extremely imperative that he fill a void by creating the Angel Syndicate for early-stage minority cannabis companies to invest in them and work with them to help them succeed. The ‘superbad’ CEO feels that it is his responsibility to give back to the community by empowering men and women with knowledge, resources, and capital to take their place in an industry that was built on the pains of Black and Brown communities.

This San Bernardino native is at the head of the game in this booming industry. “I am going to make sure,” states Dew, “that I continue to remain ahead of the game technically and with the research we are doing while making sure that I am more advanced than everyone else.” I intend to produce the Almas Caviar of medical cannabis. There are so many variables to the business it will continue to be a budding industry with growing competition, but competition is healthy.

One of Carlos’s favorite quotes reads: “If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a LEADER.”
