Former President Donald Trump Defeats Kamala Harris to become 47th President of America

Donald Trump has emerged victorious over vice president Kamala Harris to be the first president to get elected for two terms, only after Cleveland in the year 1892. This surprising victory in the US presidential elections, Donald Trump has gone through several challenges with two assassination attempts.

Just over 100 days ago, Vice President Harris entered the campaign after President Biden, the victor of the Democratic primary, was persuaded to resign. Trump defeated Harris. Following his unexpected victories in the battleground states of North Carolina, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Georgia, Trump was predicted to have crossed the 270 electoral vote threshold.

Donald won in Wisconsin state which he had earlier lost way back in 2020, to make a dynamic comeback.

He thanked the supporters for getting him elected saying this will be the golden age of America. He mentioned of feeling fantastic on the victory. He expressed his heartfelt gratitude to everyone for standing by his side. Trump called this as the greatest political movement in the history. In his early-morning address, Trump said that despite the challenges, his pals and thousands of friends supported wholeheartedly. Donald Trump declared, thanking his supporters for voting him back into office.

“I want to thank the American people for the extraordinary honour of being elected the 47th president,” he stated. “And I will stand up for you, your family, and your future, every citizen. Each and every day. I’ll stand up for you. And until we have created the powerful, secure, and affluent America that you and our children deserve, I will not stop breathing.”
