In May 2016, driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, Ajail founded his own venture, which later evolved into Silver Sands Estates and Infra. What began as a real estate marketing initiative expanded into construction, development, and the creation of resort-based and eco-friendly gated communities.
Today, as Managing Director, Ajail leads multiple projects across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, including villas, farmland developments, and luxury eco-resorts. His work is distinguished by a strong emphasis on sustainable development, lifestyle enhancement, and harmony with nature. A passionate nature lover, he integrates green spaces, landscaping, and environmentally responsible practices into every project.
