Investors have reacted differently concerned over wireless prices on the merging news of long-anticipated Rogers Communications and Shaw Communications, as the companies have reached an agreement where Roger can acquire Shaw at $26 billion in a deal value, including its debt.
The agreed deal would merge the two largest companies of Canada along with the wireless networks have received warm reactions from market investors on bidding shares.
As the shares have jumped to 42 % of Shaw Communications, even though they failed to match the share at the open market with Roger’s offer price i.e $40.50.
