Apple Launches Business Tools Service for Small Businesses

Apple announced that it is launching business tools for organizations with up to 500 employees as organizations are looking for new ways to manage remote work and technology.

The business tools service is currently in the testing phase is set for a complete release in spring 2022. Subscriptions will begin at $2.99 per month. It is similar to offerings provided by Google and Microsoft who are well established in facilitating tools to businesses and schools. Google and Microsoft currently dominate the markets of education and business services.

Previously known as Apple Business Essentials, the business tools service of Apple consist of 24/7 Apple support along with iCloud storage.

The business tools service of Apple will assist businesses with everything right from device setup to employee onboarding as well as providing an app that gives access to employees for installing work applications.

The subscription service is a three-tiered price plan which is customizable for a maximum of three devices and with 2 terabytes of iCloud storage. Costs per user will be from $2.99 and $12.99 per month.

The announcement from Apple is also connected to Apple’s push for selling more digital services to its consumers, such as music subscriptions and streaming videos.
