One persistent issue that posed a threat to the security and integrity of the solutions was the high turnover rate. It became evident that a more dynamic approach was needed to address these concerns. In 2002, I was introduced to the concept of hosted access control.
The profound impact it had on the overall client experience became a transformative factor influencing my decision-making.
